Quirky and clean hotel with good location and people. Superfriendly employees at the reception desk.

We liked staff and location - great. The room was neat with a too firm mattress, had wake-up service, that's cool.

Tidy units with almost impossible to use shower.

It was surely a really comfortable stay at this hotel located at Rua Santa Catarina. Everything was good and fairly clean, I enjoyed location and rooms.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, yet everything was great. The room was fabulous and immaculate, had a personal safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar.

Particularly helpful staff, unbeatable location not far from the historic area, metro station and shopping mall and train. I got double room for 3 nights, appreciated it. The venue was next to the bus station called Santa Catarina...

Pity, but the beds were very hard.

I liked the VERY PROFFESIONAL staff and the amazing food. The room was modest and sumptuous! The breakfast had lots of food, like pastries and fresh fruit. Central location, at a near distance from republica.

Fairly clean, old school hotel, I loved huge rooms and fabulous staff. Reasonably spacious suite and comfy bed. Satisfactory breakfast selection of exceptional things. Ideal location, close to port, sao bento train station and the bathroom too, though the area was not welcoming.

Wi-fi was poor, made me a little nervous.

Atmospheric hotel, the facilities were amazing. Perfect beds, coffee, sound-proofed windows and flat-screen TV in the room. The location was beautiful, at a medium distance from cais ribeira. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was sweeping.

I loved staff and facilities, which were beautiful. I stayed in the room that was renovated and available with a large smart shower, a too firm mattress plus a really comfortable bed. Hotel offered fridge in the lobby.

The room was spotless and the staff were loyal. Very easy to get from Francisco Sa Carneiro airport, just 20 km. Loved their on-site restaurant D. Pedro II, it was good.

Amazing interior design. The hotel was in an Amazing location and met the purpose.

Escondidinho is a few steps away from the hotel. Our venue was adjacent to tourist sites such as luis bridge. Campanha is a district that deserves exploring
